The New Year, 2008, is upon us and we are planning on being all over the Dallas/Fort Worth area in the coming year. But, Don't Tell Mama. Thanks to you, the word is getting out about the hottest Horn Band in town, so keep and eye open and an ear close to the phone so you can keep watching for more appearances of Don't Tell Mama
We want to thank some very special people for their contributions to the foundation of Don't Tell Mama . As some of you know,DTM derived from the roots of DANNY AND THE DINOSAURS, an original 50's band, that evolved into a 50's-60's band, then added some horns, and became a 60's tribute band. We feel very blessed and are very proud to say that some of us "were once dinosaurs" .
Another special thanks goes to ROSCOE TURNER & COMPANY, a well established R&B Band that has played all around from North Central Texas, to East Texas, South Texas, and places in between. Roscoe and his band, have aways had encouraging words, always full of enthusiasm, and are great friends.
Ace Bowen (of STUDIO ACE), a great sound consultant and engineer. Thank you Ace, for your help and your guidance.
And last, but not least, the Guru of Websites, Mr. Brad "Bam-Bam" Erenberger. A special THANK YOU for making us look good on the World Wide Web. Brad is the drummer for Danny and the Dinosaurs. He has done an incredible job of downloading whatever we need to our website and keeps it going strong every day.
